As the name of agency, it was easy to rent a car. prices are reasonable. Service is good. James is a very helpful person with lots of information and guidance especially to new immigrants like us. I certainly will use easy rent auto for future requirements and shall recommend the same to reviewers.

Talk about lifesavers! Best people to deal with. I had an accident and needed a rental while SGI finished my claim and everything was taken care of with no problems. CHEAPEST PLACE FOR AUTO RENTAL IN SASKATOON!!James is super easy to deal with and super flexible when it comes to pick up and drop off times. I was really happy with the service he provides and how cheap it was for a full week rental travelling a long distance.

Would absolutely recommend Easy Rent Auto to anybody looking to rent a vehicle in Saskatoon. After having issues with several other rental companies, a quick Google search led me to Easy Auto Rental. I spoke to James and was picked up from Saskatoon airport within minutes. James was very helpful and patient especially as I spent over an hour on the phone with my bank after experiencing credit card issues. James made the rental process painless and was very accommodating. I would not hesitate to use this company again for my next trip!

Easy Rent Auto, should be called, "Super" Easy. I needed to rent on a Sunday when a lot of the big places were closed, James brought the car to me, and drove me to the airport at the end of my trip. Prices below average, lovely car, lovely experience. I visit saskatoon regularly and will never use another car rental company.

Truly blessed to have met and done business with James. This is the second time he has saved my @$$ in the most kind and compassionate way —the type of humane service you will NEVER receive from any corporate robot like company. Not only did he jump through hoops to get me a rental within minutes but he also understood my situation and worked with me in my time of need. I ended up getting a 40% discount from him and he even came to me to pick up the vehicle. Honestly no service I’ve ever experienced has came close. I called this company on a Sunday morning when my vehicle broke down. The owner drove a good half an hour to pick me up and got me into a rental unit that was clean and in excellent condition. When my car was repaired , he again went out of his way to drive me back to pick it up. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

This is the first time I have ever had to rent a car or even take my car in to get fixed but this time I had no choice. I had just wanted a video about rental car ripoffs so I was very leery of renting but they were super easy to work with and very flexible for pick up and drop off. Easy to get ahold of and work with me and the repair shop for payment as I don’t have a credit card. The owner is very friendly and super chill as well. Would definitely rent from here again

I have been renting from Easy Rent Auto-Downtown for the last two years. As my son lives there and doesn't have a car. They are always at the airport on time to pick me up and lots of time early. Just recently my son is moving so again I call them since I can't come down because of Covid19. They again were so willing to help not only with the vehicle but also personally willing to help my son move. I highly recommend Easy RentAuto anytime you are in need of a vehicle when in the city .

Just freakin' amazing is the service from James and his staff. James came to the airport at 12:30 am to pick me up. I mean, who else does that?! I know! No one. The service is OUTSTANDING and James and his staff are so friendly, helpful and again, just amazing human beings. I was a bit skeptical at first because, like I said, no body does this level of service. The vehicle was great and I did need a boost one day and Kelly came by and did it free of charge. I think this is the first 5 star rating I have ever done online, but they were just so exemplary that I just HAD to leave a review. James, you're the best! Thanks again SO MUCH! Great experience! Very flexible. James had secure bike parking for me at a very bikeable location. The only car rental place I know of that lets you stow your bike safely while you're using the car. Prices were great. The only Canadian-owned car rental in YXE I know of, and it's Saskatoon based! Support Local.

This year is a special year for my wife and me as we celebrate both our 25th wedding anniversary and my wife's 50th birthday. I was able to surprise my wife by renting the exact same 1963 Cadillac convertible that we used for our wedding day, 25 years ago! We cruised around a bit, went out for a nice meal with a few other couples and ended the evening with another surprise, arriving home to a birthday party. Pickup and drop off was made very easy by James and Cal and the car was just as we remembered it. What a great way to spend a special weekend, thanks guys!

Highly recommend Easy Rent Auto. Their option of delivering the vehicle to customers was a huge help. I was able to get the rental not long after I called, while my car was at the dealer’s for repair, and I was not able to pick up the rental. The paper work was fast and easy. James and his staff provided such excellent customer services and proved that they are willing to go above and beyond to truly help their customers.After I returned my rental. When I showed up at the airport and the big name car rental seemed to have lost my reservation ( I waited for an hour to try and get it straightened out) I called Easy Rent Auto. I was told they had a car available. I went to their location and had my paperwork done and drove away in my car in about 15 minutes. Great customer service. Reliable vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again.

The traditional rental companies have priced themselves out of the consumer market. But reasonable rates are not the whole story with Easy Rent. The customer service deserves every one of these five stars. Keep up the great work, Easy Rent!

Had a great experience with easy rent auto! Received a rental car last minute (as my car needed to be in the shop) and they were able to rent to me even though I was only 21! First time reviewing any company but Easy Rent Auto did such an amazing job renting out their 1963 Cadillac drop top for my wedding with their driver/mechanic (for almost 6 hours). James made the experience very easy and fun. These guys are great and hardworking. I would strongly recommend them to anyone for either a wedding or any event where a car rental is needed.
